After publishing how do you make it a real webpage?

After using the web publishing tool that turns your newsletter into an htm or
html I don't know how to make it an actual weblink that can be accessed by
others. It only turns into a webpage with a direct link to my hard drive. How
do I make it a real web page?
Thx,
Anna

I am not sure I understand your question, so would suggest that you read the
appropriate articles on this page: Designing and creating Web sites :
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/publisher/CH100793371033.aspx

There is an article about converting print newsletters to web, hyperlinks
and more. If you don't find the answer there, please repost with more
details of what you are trying to accomplish, and we will try to help
further.

You need a location on your Internet Service Provider's Server. After
creating your website files you then upload them to the Internet Service
Provider (ISP).
Depending on which version of Publisher you may be able to "Publish to the
server" or use a File Transfer Program (ftp)

Your ISP may need to create a folder or file for you on the server; chat
with your ISP Support folks.
