AFTER READING AN E-MAIL, IT IS GONE, HOW CAN I STOP THIS?

After I open an e-mail and read it, it disappears. It is not in any of my
folders, it is just gone, anyone know how to fix this?

You haven't said which program you are using, so lets GUESS that it's
Outlook Express (which isn't part of Office) and that you have it set
to hide read messages (which is the VIEW menu) - IF I'm right, then go
to the View menu and then current view and check the appropriate
option. If I'm wrong, confirm the email program and we can take it
from there.

Is the folder perhaps sorted by icon?
