After reloading Office 2003 how to get Contacts to email "To"?

After reloading Office 2003 I still have my list of Contacts, but when I try
to create a new email message my address book does not come up when I click
on "To". How do I fix that?

have you set it to be used as an Address book? R-click Contacts,
Properties, Outlook Address Book.

YOu need to install the OUtlook Address Book Service. Control PAnel->Email
icon->Accounts->Directories->View or Change->Add->Outlook Address Book
Service. Restart Outlook.
