After synching Outlook/Hotmail, I can't view any folders, Error M.

After synchronizing Outlook with my Hotmail Account, I can't view any of the
folders (i.e. Inbox) without a message appearing to Debug Line 14. I have
the SPA box checked. I use a cable modem for internet service.
