After Update cannot open any documents/Access MDB/FP Hangs?

I performed a Windows and Office Update. Now When I want to open a MS Office
document/MS Access MDB/ Front Page Web Page, My PC Hangs and gives me Program
Not Responding. Anyone else having this problem.

Yes I get that quite a lot, I usually defrag my hard disk and that seems
to do the trick. You could also run a chkdisk.
