After upgrading to Access 03 the program will not open.

After reinstalling Access 2003 upgrade on a new computer with XP it will not
open.
It worked fine on my other computer so I think it is a reg edit problem?
Any help?

Nothing to do with reg edit at all. What exactly is the error message that is shown in your Event viewer or on the screen

initialy repair the installaion using the cd
any trial versions of ms office on the new pc?

The only box that opens is Microsoft Office 2003
And in it, it says: Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office
Access 2003.
Then it disappears and nothing happens afterwards nothing opens after that.

I have tried uninstalling reinstalling repair all other but still no luck.
and there is no trial version.
