After Vista & Office reinstall, Outlook asking to accept EULA

Had to reinstall Vista which took out everything. After the reinstall of
Office and activation of my Office 2003, Outlook keeps asking me to accept
the End User License Agreement. How do I get this to stop?

Temporarily turn off UAC to accept the EULA.

You must accept the Office End User License Agreement every time that you
start an Office program
