again: .aq added to attachment names

Hi all, I will just post this again. One of our computers
(laptop Office 2000) has .aq added to all attachments that
are received in Outlook, (eg: name.doc.aq). Once the .aq
is taken off the document can be opened normally. I have
scanned with uptodate virus defs, but no virus. Anyone
able to help?? Thanks, Mon

Is this happening for all attachments? Does the same happen when the users
mails a message to his/herself?
Any add-ins installed?

Do you have any add-ins installed?

What is your connection type? Exchange?

Disable the virusscanner integration and send an e-mail when you start
Outlook in safe mode. Does it still happen now?
