Hi John,
I think that one way would be to use this:
=DATEDIF(A1,A2,"y") & " years, " & DATEDIF(A1,A2,"ym") & " months, " &
DATEDIF(A1,A2,"md") & " days"
Where the date of birth is in A1 and the date is in A2
