We use the Agenda Wizard fairly often on several of our admin PCs. When
first setting the Agenda Wizard up, it must be loaded from the CD, and then
it appears under the "New from template" column. We did that and it works
just fine - for a while.
But here's our problem: Every once in a while, the Agenda Wizard disappears
from the "New from template" column. And when we attempt to access it from
the "General templates . . ." selection, it acts like it's never been
installed, and nags us for the original CD, which means we have to reinstall
it. When it happened on the first admin PC, we thought it was just a glitch.
But now it has happened three times and on a different PCs, so it looks like
more than that occasional glitch. What are we doing wrong or incompletely?
Thanks. Leon
