AHHH! Justified words inside a box...incluing picture link to help explain,,,

Im trying to copy this. As you can see the words are different sizes
and different distances between the. I can not figure out how to do it
and its driving me crazy! help!

how they have the spacing "justified"....trying to figure out how to
do exacvtly what they did.
