Alert function missing in Outlook 97 Calendar

When one of our users sets up an appointment in Outlook 97
SR2, she never gets any alerts for the event. I tried
reinstalling Office 97 SR2, but that did not help.

Try starting Outlook once with the /CleanReminders switch. If you need help
