Alert when I attempt to send email without a subject line

Is there a way to set up an alert when I attempt to send mail, but I have
forgotten to put in a subject line?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

There is no such feature, but you can build it in with a little VBA code:

Private Sub Application_ItemSend _
(ByVal Item As Object, Cancel As Boolean)
If Item.Subject = "" Then
Cancel = True
MsgBox "Please fill in the subject before sending.", _
vbExclamation, "Missing Subject"
End If
End Sub
