I run a small 20 machine network with a 2000 server and outlook 2000. I have
all of the users going in via terminal services and running their programs.
Outlook is one of them. The issue I have is one of the managers would like
to make a note in the calander and have it go to all of the staff members to
alert them of important dates. Then on the specified date the alert would
come up for all employees. any ideas on how to accomplish this?
