align right frame

I need to set a constant frame on the right edge of the
screen -regardless of screen resolution. Sort of like a
right to left language publication - except this content
is left to right English. I set the frameset page to 100%
but in some browsers and screen sizes the right frame
still either pushes off the screen if the content is wide
or narrow.

So How do I lock a right frame to the screen edge?

Your other frames in the frameset need to be variable width and the content of them can't be "fixed" width (large images etc)
