Can someone tell me why I'm unable to access the functionality in the
Alignment and Sizing toolbar? I've created a form, am viewing it in Design
mode, and need to customize the form by moving the controls around. This
would be a lot easier to do with the functionality in the built-in toolbar
but the icons are always disabled.
How do I enable them?
