Alignment Issues in Frontpage 03

I created a few web sites on a 17" monitor. The alignment was working fine.
After purchasing a 19" widescreen everything got shifted. After trying to
fix the sites to view correctly now, everyone with non-widescreen monitors
have to scroll over to the right. I'm hoping I don't have to redo the entire
site. Please feel free to look what I'm talking about ladybughairbows.com.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Nothing to do w/ the size of the monitor in inches
Everything to do w/ the monitor resolution in px And the users browser viewport
(the size of window they open to view the browser in)

And yes you will have to redo the entire site for user w/ less than ~ 1200px wide monitor resolution settings
