alignmnet controls

I am looking for a quick way to align the controls on the form.
I found that there are function to align right, left, top and width.
Are there any way to put my controls even?

I have 5 controls on the form vertical.
I can align them left or right, but not same distance between them


Any information is great appreciated.

Format - Vertical Spacing - Make Even
Format - Horizontal Spacing - Make Even
