all become strange 'iso-8859-1' format

I'm setting MDB in US rental space and using Japanese language there.
Then, cause the server PC doesn't support the language, I mean not
installed Japanese, text data written from ASP pages are all become
strange 'iso-8859-1' format, and can not read after downloading the
MDB into my home PC, which the language installed.
Is there any solution?
