All body text recevied as .txt file or .html file attachments

Help please. All the body text of my emails is coming
through as attached .txt or .html files and is highly
inconvenient.

This is in a business environment using MDaemon as the
mailserver.

This is only happening on my client and there are not any
special settings check (as far as I can tell). My mail
client is Outlook 97.

Thank you in advance for any solution.
