If I have a name an address list given to me in Excel --
is there a way to change the all capital letters to proper
name without retyping and/or creating a new sheet with
programming of "ProperName "cellnumber""? Any suggestions
will help!

You could use a helper column and put a bunch of formulas like:

=proper(A1)
and drag down the column.

Or you could use a macro:
