All contacts are linked to all messages in the in box

Received an Catrosphoic MAPI error when starting up Outlook and now each
contact in BCM is linked to every message in the In Box. Anyone know how to
correct this problem?

Can you check if Business Tools is avaliable else go help > about Microsoft
Outlook disabled items and enable BCM
