All contacts receiving sent mail

I am currently using Outlook Express and it has been working fine for a
long time now, but now everytime I send someone an email a dozen other
people in my address book get it too. No recent changes were made and
none of the contacts are in a group. I also randomly receive blank
emails from blank senders, i dont know if this is related or just
coincidence. Any ideas??
