All data gone

Was working in a workbook that had a separate sheet for
each week. The program suddenly hung and I couldn't do
anything. Had to close it down (it didn't ask about
saving) When I got back into that workbook there were no
sheets, all my data was gone and I noticed that the
filename now had [Group]at the end of it. Is all my data
gone forever?

Look at the sheet tabs - I expect you will find they are all the same colour
because you have grouped your sheets together.
Click on the Sheet 1 tab to ungroup - now the Sheet1 tab looks different
from the others. Did that help?
