All day events become multi-day events

All day events have become multi-day events in error
after I changed from Eastern Standard time to Central
European time. Does anyone know how to change these back
to all-day events on one day easily?

Unfortunately this is a known issue. You might want to read the following
two articles -- the workaround is listed in the second one, but you will
need to temporarily switch back to EST before using it.
