All Day Events

I am having trouble with viewing all of my all day events on one computer. I
have checked with three other computer in the office and just can not figure
out the settings to switch that. The other computers have a scroll bar on top
and bottom. ONe so you can see all you appointments for the whole day and the
other to view all of your appointments at the specified times. Does anyone
have any suggestions?
