All docs in Outlook open in Reading Mode. How to change default?

All word docs that are opened while in Word always come up in Reading Layout
(two page views). Is there a default setting in Word or Outlook to change
the default to Normal view?

its in word. Are you using 2003 or 2007?

2007: same deal, but its on the office orb, word options.
