All email goes to Junk Email folder only - please help

I believe I have my email settings correct. All my email messages go
directly to my Junk E-mail folder. I need help in fixing this so my email
messages go into my Inbox folder. Several tech support people can not find
any problem with my settings that would cause this malfunction. Thank you.
