All files missing in FP view

My site is working fine, but for a couple of weeks I have been unable to see
any of the files or folders via FrontPage. I can open individual files by
putting in the page address under "Open Web", but there's no file tree. It
doesn't matter whether I use Folder View or Navigation view - nothing to see
but the root level (site address).
