All incoming messages go to junk mail folder

I am using Outlook 2003. All of my incoming mail goes to the junk mail
folder. I have set the junk mail filtering at none...but mail still goes to
the junk folder. Is there a way I can reset my setup to default?

What do you have on the Blocked Senders list?
Have you made sure there are no rules configures that could be moving mail?
