All messages in Sent Items initially appear unread.

Hello,

Whenever I logon to Outlook XP, all the messages in the Sent Items
folder appear as unread. As soon as I refresh the folder in some way,
eg. by opening one of the messages or by changing to another folder
and back again, the messages all appear as read etc.

Can anyone suggest why that happens please?

I'm using Outlook XP and an Exchange 2003 server. I only open the
mailbox on one PC. The problem doesn't happen in Outlook 2003. The
only rule I have is to forward all my messages to my Blackberry.
