I have a user that has all messages that appear in their
Inbox appear as Read, instead of Unread. There are no
rules setup for this user, all mail resides on the
Exchange server, and the user is not using the preview
pane. Also, messages will migrate after an hour or two
to the Deleted Items folder on their own - again no rules
and no option checked in the Options to say to do this.
