all my appointments become recurring how do I stop this

i have a new version of outlook 2007 every appointment becomes a recurring
appointment, i can cancel this but it is time consuming and boring, i have
reinstalled the programme to no effect Help

Do you have a Dell? If so, locate the Outlookaddinsetup application in
Add/Remove Programs and uninstall it.
