I've just finished reloading Microsoft Office freshley onto my computer, and
everything seemed to be working, but when emails arrive they go straight into
Junk - I've checked the seetings - it's on 'low' and even when I ask to
accept safe senders, the next time I receive an email from them they still go
straight into Junk!!! Please help if you know a way to fix this.
