all my office files have been reduced to size 32 bytes by a virus

Recently a virus or a trojan horse attacked my comp. and effected all my
office files along with zip and PDF files. Size of all mentioned files
reduced to 32 bytes. i lost all my data. so what shoud i do.

Could it be the Kama Sutra worm? Use an antivirus program such
as Norton or McAfee to get rid of the virus/worm/whatever.
Restore your files from a recent backup copy. If you don't have
a recent backup copy, then you should plan on recreating whatever
files you lost.

....and pay closer attention to email attachments -- especially those
that promise illicit picutres. It just goes to show even on the
Internet there is no such thing as 'safe sex'. lololol
