In Outlook 2003, when you have a Task item open, and click on "Record in
Journal," the default time shown on the Start time is 12:00 AM. It would be
preferable to have the current time shown as the start time, to have a record
of when working on the task started. That way it would work the same as in
the regurlar Journal view. There, the current time is the default time when
you click on the New journal entry in the Journal view of Outlook
