All of my microsoft programs had locked and I paid for them!

A while ago I got word, powerpoint, excel, ect. I had then reformatted my
computer and I don't know how, it won't accept the product key I have now!
Can someone please help me! If so how can I get a new product key but what
happen to the other one I had!
