All upper to all Lower

Someone gave me a great forumla for making upper/lower case.

Is there one for making all upper to all lower?
(I have a column of e mail address in all upper I would like to make all lower)

=lower(a1)

Fill down and/or across as needed. But, case usually does not matter for
email addresses. The only reason to make them lower case is cosmetic.
