All web pages load slow after installing FrontPage 2003

I just purchased and installed FP 2003 last week. Now, anytime I'm
web-surfing on Internet Explorer, photos on websites will either take 5
minutes or more to load or just wont load at all. Also when I try to open PDF
files, the windows FP 2003 installer will pop up and try to load FP
again-----I have to repeatedly hit cancel to stop the installation----then
the pdf will eventually come up

anybody know what wrong??

Sounds as if there was a problem with the installation.
Run the full install again.

Check that your web file types and jpg images are correctly registered
to their respective applications?
