all wildcards to one address

Our server is sending all wildcard messages not specifically addressed to a
valid inbox to another user's mailbox. That inbox has become a repository
for all wildcard messages--JUNK! Our spam filter is not catching them but
rather re-routing them to a certain inbox. Is anyone else having this
problem? I don't know how to shut it off.

This sounds like a server side issue. Since you failed to mention the type
of mail server, I would suggest following up with that manufacturer of said
software.
