All Word toolbars have disappeared!

Hello. ALL of my Word toolbars have disappeared! I'm
not in full screen view and all I have got on screen is
the blank document with horizontal and vertical rulers.
If I open a Word file the document loads fine but there
are still no toolbars. I literally mean no icon or word
(i.e. File, Edit etc.) toolbars and I seemingly have no
means of finding them again. I'm having to write Word
documents by formatting and editing with what little
shortcuts I know. We even tried reinstalling Word and it
didn't seem to make much difference.

It is all very frustrating, please help if you can!

Click "View"
->"Toolbars" ->"the toolbars that you want to appear
example, Standard, Formatting, etc."
