In a document someone else prepared, I am confronted with all zero page
numbers. The TOC sees all pages as zero, any page field yields a 0. The
status bar shows no pagen number on the extreme left but does show a page
number in the xx/xx (page number/total pages) display. It seems as if the
document is page numbered but the fields are prevented from finding out what
the page numbers might be.
