AllFusion ERWin Model Diagrams

I need to publish the ER database model diagrams created with ERWin 4.0 into
Office Professional 2003.

Is there an easy way to do that? If not, is there a tool that will import
those diagrams into Word 2003?

Any kind of assistance will be appreciated.
