Allocation of payments

Hi all
Hope someone can point me in the right direction...........I need to create
a report that shows information manually entered from a form.....Need a
report that will show the information already enterred...Some of the
information entered attracts Interest Charges and other records do not....
What I am hoping is that someone can advise how this could be down....for
example you may have 5 records for the individual year...The 1st record and
and 3rd record may attranct Interest and the other 3 dont......Below the 1st
& 3rd records a transaction needs to be inserted to show the Interest
Calculated. There will be a seperate table to show all the interest rates
for the different times/years.
The next part of the database will be to show all payments that have been
received and then to allocate the payments to certain transactions first ie
Interest then the debt and then to calculate the the payment that is left
and used for the next transaction........and so on....
