We have 10 conference rooms. We are running AD and Xchange 2003. I have
installed the Auto Accept Agent on the Xchange 2003 server. It is working
fine for the 10 conference rooms.
Now I want the ability to restrict scheduling the conference rooms to only 3
people out of 5000 in the organization. So that all 5000 people can see the
caledars of the conference rooms but only 3 people can actually schedule the
rooms.
What is the best way of doing this?
