Allow extended access for ActiveSync to synchronize with Outlook .

Receive error message that a program is trying to access a calendar item in
Outlook 2003 when synchronizing with iPAQ using the latest version of
ActiveSync.

I'm hoping a security level may be lessened (I know, not a good idea) to
allow access for more than 10 minutes.
