I count on being able to customize how Outlook is laid out and its feature
are accessible to me. Office 2003 is more restrictive and less user friendly.
I want to be able to line my navigation pane with large short cuts. I don't
want to see all the folders unless I click a folders button like I use to be
able to do. I want to be able to put shortcuts where I want, not where
Microsoft wants me to. I want to be able to select whether or not I want to
see a favorites list. Why are we allowed less freedom to customize then we
use to?
