A person should be able to load Professional Office 2003 on his or her
desktop computer and also on his or her laptop without buying two copies.

Open any Office 2003 application. Go to Help, About. You will find a link
to your EULA which will provide Microsoft's installation limits.

If your Office 2003 is a retail version, you can do as you ask.
