allow recipient to receive messages in red font color

does anyone know how to create your messages so that the person receiving
them will get them in a red font?

Compose your message in red?

If you are talking about having them show up in read in the mail list; you
can't. Automatic Formatting is a receiver's option, not a sender option. You
can set a priority for the message when sending it.

Select "Flag for Follow Up" icon.
Change the "Due by" to be the current date.

It should change the color when it is received as well as give the
receiver a pop-up reminder.
