Allow tasks to be updated by more than one project manager

Does anyone know how to get more than one person to be project owner of all
the projects??

Its just that when resources update their tasks on PWA, I want it to allow
more than one Project Manager to update these tasks via 'Updates' on PWA.
This is so that it can give an option of either the two project managers to
update the tasks sent by the resources.

This is not possible. Each task assignment in a project can have only one
Manager, which is the person to whom the system directs the task updates
from the team members assigned to that task. Refer to the following FAQ for
the steps needed to change the Owner and Manager of a project:
